- Greek yogurt 375 g
- 1 Grenada
- Walnut halves 50 g
- Orange Blossom Honey
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Step 1
Split the pomegranate in halves and pound the peel to release the pomegranate arils or use a tub of shelled pomegranate.
Step 2
Beat the Greek yogurt well chilled with a whisk to catch air.
Step 3
Mix with the powdered sugar, wrapping the cream.
Step 4
Place the cream in the shape of an elongated barqueta in a dish or plate.
Step 5
Place the pomegranate arils and walnut as desired on top of the cream.
Step 6
Decorate with drops or stripes of orange blossom honey.
