- Watermelon 600 g
- Cucumber 80 g
- 36 Medium shrimp
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 Lima
- Ground pepper
- Salt
- Extra virgin olive oil AOVE
Step by step instructions for watermelon millefeuille with shrimp and lime recipe
Step 1
To prepare the watermelon millefeuille with shrimp and lime, peel the raw shrimp and set aside.
Step 2
Cut the watermelons into circles or rectangles 2 cm thick and the cucumber into slices and set aside.
Step 3
Put the oil and garlic in a blender and chop for 3 seconds at high speed.
Step 4
Fry the mixture once beaten for 3 minutes at 120º in a frying pan, add the shrimp and fry for 2 minutes. Add the lime juice, salt and pepper. Remove to a bowl and set aside.
Step 5
To serve, place a watermelon disk, four cucumber slices, three or four shrimp, and then make layers in the same way until three watermelon disks are assembled. Drizzle with olive oil and the shrimp juice before serving.
