  • 6 or 8 cubes of frozen piel de sapo melon 150g
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 can of 7Up or Sprite
  • White rum 25 cl
  • Peppermint Leaves
  • White sugar 1 tablespoon
  • 2 strips of lime peel

Melon mojito sorbet recipe step by step instructions

Step 1

To prepare the Peris toad skin melon mojito sorbet, start by crushing the mint with the sugar and rum in a mortar and pestle until almost creating a paste. Rest.

Step 2

In a glass blender, crush the melon with the ice cubes and the lime strips. Once everything is well blended, add the 7Up or Sprite and the macerated mixture.

Step 3

Stir and serve in a glass with a rim dipped in lemon juice and sugar.
