  • 1 Bottle of Cava Brut
  • 3 Grenades
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 10 ice cubes

Step 1

Split the pomegranates in halves and pound the peel to release the pomegranate arils or use four FRUTIFRESH tubs of shelled pomegranate (400 g).

Step 2

Whisk the arils and strain or strain through a chinois.

Step 3
