Peris Team: Mercedes Tortajada, Expeditions Department

In Peris the team is the most important thing, that’s why we love to introduce you to the members of our staff, so that you can also see the amount of professionals and tasks that occur in a company like ours. Today it is the turn of Mercedes Tortajada, one of our colleagues in the expeditions department.
This department is in charge of giving the final touch to the fruit packaging process, and that touch consists of correctly labeling each unit of fresh-cut fruit or vegetable and packing it for its subsequent distribution to each of our customers.

Mercedes also gives us a glimpse of her personal life in which the Fallas festival occupies a very special place. Let’s get to know her a little better!
