ETHICAL CHANNEL
This Internal Information System (ethical channel) has been implemented by Vicente Peris S.A., with the purpose of constituting an effective mechanism to detect possible irregularities that could jeopardize the reputation and image of the company.
The system follows in detail the indications of the law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.
This channel can be used by any person who has an employment or professional relationship with the entity. It is guaranteed that the communications made will be treated and resolved in accordance with the law, respecting confidentiality and ensuring the non-existence of reprisals to the caller.
On the other hand, this channel is intended to communicate non-compliances or behaviors produced within the framework of Vicente Peris S.A.’s activities, as well as within the current legal framework.
Finally, it should be noted that the use of this ethical channel must be conscious and responsible, avoiding abusive and bad faith use. It is therefore important that only truthful information is passed on.
