Lidia is pure energy and with it she spreads it to all her colleagues on a daily basis. She is in charge of production in the pre-prepared convenience food division, that is, the area that works with vegetables and cut fruit, which are marketed under the Peris and Frutifresh brands. She oversees all the processing processes, from checking the fruit, through peeling, slicing, packaging and final shipment to each of our customers.

What is your name and position?
My name is Lidia Gutierrez and I am a pre-prepared convenience food production manager.
What does your work consist of?
To verify the fruit that arrives to the packing room, to see the cutting, peeling and packaging of different fruits for different supermarkets and clients that we have.
What do you like most about your job?
What I like most about my job is being with people and that every day is different.
How would you define Vicente Peris?
Vicente Peris will define it as familiar and quality.
What are your hobbies?
Listening to music and spending the most time with my family.
Which Vicente Peris product do you like the most?
My favorite product is melon, without a doubt. I have always liked it and for me it is the richest there is.
