We would like to introduce you to Sonia Sinisterra, head of the fresh-cut fruit purchasing department at Vicente Peris. Their job is to select the best fruit for our pre-prepared convenience food division, i.e. the peeled and cut fruit that you find in ready-to-eat tubs.
In addition to finding the best fruit suppliers, such as pineapple, mango, pomegranate, watermelon, melon… he also ensures that the fresh-cut area has all the necessary material to carry out its work: recycled and recyclable containers, wooden cutlery, boxes to serve the product to our customers, mostly supermarkets and hypermarkets such as El Corte Inglés, Alcampo, Consum, etc.
