Within the Business R+D+i Plan of the Valencian Institute for Business Competitiveness (IVACE) for the year 2018 through the SME R&D PROGRAMME.
The company VICENTE PERIS, S.A. has participated by carrying out the project “RESEARCH OF NEW METHODOLOGY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW RANGE OF LIGHTLY PRESERVED FRUIT PRODUCTS”, File No IMIDTA/2018/92.
Objective and results:
Vicente Peris, S.A., has developed a new range of lightly processed products using an innovative governing liquid, thus expanding its range of products on the market, representing a very noticeable business opportunity by providing added value to the consumption of fresh fruit, as well as a new concept of fresh fruit consumption.
The project has been funded by the INSTITUTO VALENCIANO DE COMPETITIVIDAD EMPRESARIAL (IVACE) and co-financed by the European Union through the ERDF Operational Program of the Valencian Community 2014-2020.
