PERIS has expanded its production capacity of IV Range products with new facilities of 6,000 m2 located in Albuixech (Valencia). The adaptation of the premises to the production and technical requirements of these products has been carried out during the first months of 2017, with the aim of producing cut fruit, sliced fruit and professional formats during the summer season. The level of food safety of the facilities and their production processes is comparable to that of a laboratory, and the technology used makes it one of the food preparation areas with the best food guarantees in the country. With this new factory, Vicente Peris S.A. consolidates its IV Range project by providing greater technical control, higher quality processes and a wide range of products for all markets and customers.
