  • 4 Ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or sweetener

Step by step instructions for mango and pomegranate juice recipe

Step 1

Peel and cut the mango, removing the stone.

Step 2

Split the pomegranate in halves and pound the peel to release the pomegranate arils or use a tub of shelled pomegranate.

Step 3

Beat both fruits in a blender with a little water. Strain or strain through a chinois.

Step 4

Add the resulting cream to a bowl with the sugar/sweetener and ice and whip.

Step 5

Serve in a wide-mouthed glass with a decoration of pomegranate arils.
