- 1 Peris Gold toad skin melon.
- 100 g of Serrano or Iberian ham
- 1 tub of Frutifresh pomegranate.
- Arugula or lamb’s lettuce
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar cream
Preparation:
- Cut the melon into small balls or chunks.
- On a plate, place a base of arugula or lamb’s lettuce, add the melon balls and spread the ham in thin slices.
- Open the pomegranate container and sprinkle the grains on top.
- Dress with a drizzle of oil and the balsamic cream.
Tip: by choosing Frutifresh peeled and shelled pomegranate, the preparation is much easier, because we have already done the laborious work for you. Result: A colorful and light salad, ideal as an appetizer with an elegant touch. 2. Cream of pumpkin and white celery with Christmas spices

Ingredients:
- 500 g of Peris peanut squash (you can buy it whole or peeled and chopped, known as pumpkin IV range)
- 2 stalks of white celery Peris.
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 500 ml vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon curry or spice mix to taste (ginger is also a winning spice in combination with pumpkin).
- Liquid cream for decoration
Preparation:
- Peel and cut the pumpkin into chunks. Do the same with the white celery, onion and garlic.
- Sauté the onion and garlic in a pot with a little oil. Add the pumpkin and celery and stir.
- Add the spices and season with salt and pepper. Stir a few times so that the aromas are incorporated.
- Pour in the vegetable stock and simmer over medium heat for 20 minutes or until the squash is tender.
- Blend everything until a smooth and homogeneous cream is obtained.
- Serve in bowls and garnish with a splash of cream.

- 1 package Frutifresh/Peris pineapple chunks or slices
- 2 ripe avocados
- 200 g of cooked and peeled shrimp
- Juice of 1 lime
- Chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Open your Frutifresh or Peris natural pineapple and cut it into small cubes. Do the same with the avocado.
- Mix both ingredients in a bowl and add the cooked shrimp.
- Season with lime juice, fresh cilantro, salt and pepper.
- Place in round molds to shape the tartar, press the ingredients well inside the ring so that it does not fall apart when you remove it.
Tip: Cilantro does not usually have a middle ground, either you love it or the opposite. Before adding it, make sure that everyone at the table can tolerate it. Alternatively, you can use mint.

Ingredients:
- 500 g Peris pumpkin (you can buy whole or peeled and chopped)
- 200 g goat cheese
- Lasagna pasta sheets
- 500 ml of homemade bechamel sauce
- Grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
- Peel and cut the pumpkin into thin slices or small pieces and bake for 15 minutes at 180 ºC.
- Prepare the béchamel sauce or use a ready-made one.
- In an ovenproof dish, assemble the lasagna by alternating layers of pasta, roasted squash and crumbled goat cheese.
- Cover with the béchamel sauce and finish with a layer of grated Parmesan.
- Bake at 180 ºC for 30 minutes until golden brown.
